Description

Intergard® 251HS is a high performance, fast curing polyaspartic coating system designed with anti-corrosive pigmentation. Some of its features include:

Zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigmentation.
Fast cure under common climatic conditions.
High solids and low VOC mixture.

Preparation	All surfaces to be prepared in accordance with the coating manufacturer's written instructions.
Primer coats	Intergard 251HS. DFT: 120 microns. Manufacturer guidance Apply as full coat.
Execution	Applied in accordance with the coating manufacturer's written instructions.

Surface material	Steel surfaces should be assessed and treated in accordance with ISO 8504:2000, followed by abrasive blast cleaning to achieve Sa2½ in accordance with ISO 8501-1:2007. Refer to International Protective Coatings for full surface preparation requirements prior to commencement of work.
Application temperature	5°C–65°C.
Durability	Medium (7–15 years). High (15-25 years). Manufacturer guidance Refers to system durability per ISO 12944.1:2017.
