Suitable for steel substrates in low corrosive (C1–C2) to highly corrosive environments (C3–C4).

Description

Intercure® 99 is a high performance polyaspartic coating system designed with excellent anti-corrosive properties and colour and gloss durability. Some of its features include:

Rapid cure coating (even at low temperatures).
Anti-corrosive protection and long term color and gloss durability.
Can be applied as a single coat direct-to-metal finish or as a finish over approved anticorrosive primers.
High solids and low VOC mixture.

Preparation	All surfaces to be prepared in accordance with the coating manufacturer's written instructions.
Primer coats	Intercure 99. DFT: 150 microns. Manufacturer guidance Apply as full coat.
Execution	Applied in accordance with the coating manufacturer's written instructions.

Surface material	Steel surfaces should be assessed and treated in accordance with ISO 8504:2000, followed by abrasive blast cleaning to achieve Sa2½ in accordance with ISO 8501-1:2007. Refer to International Protective Coatings for full surface preparation requirements prior to commencement of work.
Application temperature	5°C–65°C.
Durability	Medium (7–15 years). High (15-25 years). Manufacturer guidance Refers to system durability per ISO 12944.1:2017.
Colour	- Manufacturer guidance Refers to Intercure 99 colour. Available in a wide range of colours via International Chromascan Tinting System (including AS 2700, RAL, BS and custom colours).
