The MC XHHW-2 is a flexible interlocked aluminum armoured cable approved for use in open and concealed wiring in wet & dry locations at 90.
Description
All MC XHHW-2 is UL approved and manufactured, in sizes 8 AWG up 750 kcmil, with two, three, four or greater aluminum conductors insulated with Cross-link polyethylene high heat resistant water resistant with an insulated or bare ground.
MC Cable is available in in compact strand for sizes #8 AWG to 750 kcmil. An optional outer PVC jacket is also available upon request.
MC is a cost effective alternative to conduit wiring. MC Cable eliminates the need for conduit, fittings and the labour associated with pulling in wire, threading, and forming conduit. Multiconductor and special construction MC can be manufactured.
