Single component, intumescent coating system.
Application
Suitable as an intumescent fire protection for structural steel in interior and exterior conditions, up to Type X (EAD350402-00-1106) and C4 conditions (ISO 12944-2). Applicable for use on I-section beams, H columns, hollow sections and cellular beams. Can also be used as a repair and touch-up coating for damaged areas of freshly applied Hempafire Pro 315.

- 1st coat: Hempadur Fast Dry 17410. DFT: 75 microns.
- 2nd coat: Hempafire Pro 315 433600. DFT: Dependant on steel loadings.
- 3rd coat: Hempathane HS 55613 Gloss or Hempathane HS 55610 Semi-Gloss. DFT: 100 microns.
External Structural Steel (C2–C3)
- 1st coat: Hempadur Fast Dry 17410. DFT: 75 microns.
- 2nd coat: Hempafire Pro 315 43360. DFT: Dependant on steel loadings.
- 3rd coat: Hempathane HS 55613 Gloss or Hempathane HS 55610 Semi-Gloss. DFT: 100 microns.
External Structural Steel (C4)
- 1st coat: Hempadur Avantguard 750. DFT: 75 microns.
- 2nd coat: Hempafire Pro 315 43360. DFT: Dependant on steel loadings.
- 3rd coat: Hempathane HS 55613 Gloss or Hempathane HS 55610 Semi-Gloss. DFT: 100 microns.
Description
Hempel Hempafire Pro 315 43360 is an intumescent fire protection coating for structural steel in interior and exterior service conditions. It is optimized for 30 mins, 60 mins and for in-shop and on-site applications. Fire protection at 90 mins may be possible depending on the project.
