WTS2C27 25/14 Channel Tie

Stainless steel channel ties designed to tie masonry external walling back to SFS steel studwork and to a concrete frame using Wincro WC27 25/14 channel. Vertical channels are fixed back to the SFS through insulation boards placed in the cavity. Wall ties are inserted at any point along the channel's length and are built into the bed joint of the outer leaf as work proceeds. Ensure a 50 mm minimum embedment in masonry outer leaf.

• WC27 25/14 channel with pre-punched holes @ 112.5 mm centres, supplied in 2.7 m lengths.
• WTS2C27 – channel wall ties available in standard sizes from 75 mm projection (specials available upon request).
• WBSDD Self-drilling self-tapping screws or WBCFS concrete fixing screws.
• WBCOMP – Wincro mineral wool compression sleeves.
