Stainless steel magnetic mortice latch with 55 mm backset.
Features and benefits:
- Latchbolt retracted by lever handle silent operation.
- Latchbolt remains hidden whilst door in open position.
- Magnet throws into keeper plate supplied on closure.
- Backset 55 mm / 85 mm case size.
- Forend radius. Stainless steel 20 mm width.
- Pierced at 38 mm c.c. for bolt through fixing.
- 304 Grade Stainless Steel.
