Applikation
The system is suited for the upgrade of existing buildings (refurbishment) and for new buildings, particularly where high levels of thermal performance are required.
The System is suitable for low-rise construction and high-rise (for steel framed builds), utilising mineral wool insulation which provides the highest levels of fire resistance and non-combustibility, along with excellent environmental properties, containing no gases with ODP or GWP.
Beskrivning
Exicco is an external wall insulation system that is suitable for steel and timber framed buildings. The drained cavity behind the insulation ensures that any interstitial moisture escapes without detriment to the insulation performance.
A range of aesthetic finishes are available; VBriQ acrylic brick-slips offer a lightweight and highly robust brick finish, whilst Silicone TC thin-coat provides a highly functional water repellent surface that allows water vapour to pass freely through the render, along with a fresh and modern appearance.
Features and benefits:
- Drained cavity EWI system for timber frame buildings, utilising light-weight and A1 fire rated mineral wool insulation and with a range of finishes available, including acrylic brick slips and thin coat render.
- BBA Certificate: 20/5756 PS3 and PS4.
- No building height restrictions apply for steel framed buildings. Height restrictions apply to timber framed construction builds.
