Aluminium Clip Battens - Aluminium Batten

Knotwood's aluminium façades have been designed to be attached to any structural element. They can be used to create street appeal or to assist with privacy, sun and light control.

The powder coated aluminium lengths replicate the species and grain pattern of natural timber. They are lighter, straighter and stronger than real wood, offering a practical and cost effective solution for a large expanse. Knotwood’s façades boast minimal maintenance and require no recoating or resealing.

Based on a two part system. The brackets are fixed to the substrate, then the batten is simply clipped on to conceal the fixings. Endcaps can be attached if required. The aluminium battens run the whole length for easy attachment and strength. Each system is created to conceal joins, screws and fixings for a seamless finish.

Knotwood battens come in a variety of shapes and sizes. They can also be joined together with a batten joiner for an even longer length.
