Applikation

STIR WELL BEFORE USE

Holding the trowel at an angle of 60°, spread the adhesive evenly over an area of subfloor that can be covered whilst the adhesive remains receptive and gives good transfer. Allow the adhesive to partially dry to a paste consistency before laying the floorcovering.

Following the floorcovering manufacturers

installation instructions lay the floorcovering into the adhesive and press from the centre outwards to exclude air and ensure overall contact with the adhesive. Roll with the 68kg flooring roller, from end-to-end and side-to-side to ensure overall contact.

Thirty minutes later when the floor has been completely covered, roll as necessary to ensure overall contact is maintained.

Beskrivning

STYCCOBOND F57 is a solvent free, carbon fibre-filled conductive adhesive, which is designed to give a high bond strength, strong initial tack, a long open time and good plasticiser resistance. It is protected against biodegradation and is suitable for use over normal underfloor heating installations.

STYCCOBOND F57 can be used for securing a wide range of conductive/antistatic PVC and some textile backed floorcoverings.

STYCCOBOND F57 can be applied to STOPGAP smoothing compounds, structurally sound, smooth, dry subfloors of concrete and sand/cement screed and flooring grade plywood.

STOPGAP waterproof surface membranes, sound flooring grade asphalt and other non-absorbent surfaces must be skimmed with a minimum of 3mm of the appropriate

STOPGAP smoothing compound.
