An epoxy injection system designed for the repair to structural cracks in reinforced concrete. An extremely low viscosity material can saturate into the smallest cracks.

Features and Benefits
- Koster KB-Pox IN is used without pre-injection for filling and closing dry, damp, and wet cracks, joints and voids.
- Koster KB-Pox IN is used in cases where crack flanks or unequal structural members have to be structurally bonded together such as in concrete elements or engineering structures like tunnels or bridges and underground garages.
- Structural bonding of the structure with epoxy solid body resin.
- Bonding horizontal and vertical cracks in columns, beams, walls and floors.
- Sealing horizontal cracks on floors or screeds prior to installation of coating systems such as Koster VAP I 2000.
- Extremely high final strength of 80N/mm2.
- Very low viscosity of 175mPas.
- Suitable for internal or external use.
Beskrivning
A structural concrete crack repair system utilising the Koster KB-Pox IN epoxy resin.
Koster KB-Pox IN is a solvent-free, extremely low viscosity epoxy injection resin. Due to its high rate of penetration into porous substrates and its excellent adhesion to concrete, stone, masonry and metal, Koster KB-Pox IN permanently seals and bridges cracks and joints and restores structural integrity. The material does not contain any fillers or softeners, so sedimentation is avoided.
Because of the materials low viscosity of 175mPas, it can penetrate deeply into the crack matrix ensuring even the finest pathways are filled. Processing of the material into the crack can be done in many different ways including Vacuum injection and saturation however the most popular method remains pressure injection.
Due to the Koster KB Pox IN`s composition, it can be delivered into both dry and wet cracks meaning no waiting for cracks to dry out and offers benefits in below grade working. The material gains very high flank adhesion and up to 80N/mm2 final strength.
