Hempathane HS 55613

A two-component semi-gloss acrylic polyurethane topcoat, cured with aliphatic isocyanate, with good gloss and colour retention.

Features and benefits:

• May be specified as a one coat "Direct To Metal" system in environments classified as C2 and C3.
• Maximum, dry exposure only: 120°C/248°F.
• Complies with EU Directive 2004/42/EC: subcategory j.
• Contains zinc phosphate.

Product compatibility:

• Previous coat: According to Hempel’s Specification. Recommended products are: Hempadur Fast Dry 15560, Hempadur Mastic 45880/1.
• Subsequent coat: None.

Application method:

• Airless spray.
• Brush.

Drying time:

Determined for dry film thickness 100 µm (3.9 mils) at standard conditions. Indicative value at 20ºC; Hard dry: Six hours.
