Ezy-Install® Magnetically Receptive Underlay

Roll down flooring system made up from acoustic black rubber crumb pad, non-woven polypropylene scrim and a dual-grip metallised resin coating.

For use with:

• Magnetically backed floor coverings including Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), magnetic wood and ceramics.
• Standard carpet tiles, woven vinyl tiles and Luxury Vinyl Tiles which are ≥4 mm thick can be installed on the system using IOBAC MagTabs™.
