Comar 60EFT Capped Curtain Walling

Comar 6EFT is an insulated curtain wall system, suitable for all heights on new and refurbishment projects, including glazed roofing applications. It has four forms of construction in one system:

• Comar 6EFT Curtain Walling: Enables the construction of sheer high-rise as well as sloped and inclined facades. Thermally efficient with standardized 60 mm profiles; custom-made profiles are available on request.
• Comar 6EFT 2 sided SG: Enables vertical or horizontal aluminium sightlines; the structurally glazed side is achieved with a 20 mm EPDM joint seal or silicone sealant. Both vertical and horizontal options use standard 60 mm profiles. The framed sides use standard 60 mm profiles. A bespoke finish can be achieved through using a variety of cover caps.
• Comar 6EFT 4 sided SG: Creates a façade with no visible aluminium sight lines; the structurally glazed sides are achieved with a 20 mm EPDM joint seal or silicone sealant. (See separate product link).
• Comar 6EFT Concealed Vent: Enables opening vents to be inserted into the facade with no additional sightlines. Vents can be side or top hung and are performance tested.

All the systems use the same basic profiles, which integrate fully.

Incorporated components:

• The Comar 6EFT system can be used in conjunction with Comar 5 and 9 window systems and Comar 7 and 9 aluminium doors.

Performance:

Comar 6EFT has been tested to CWCT standards:

• Air permeability: 750 Pa.
• Watertightness: 750 Pa static.
• Watertightness: 600 Pa dynamic.
• Wind resistance: 2400 Pa.
• Safety: 3600 Pa.
