Beskrivning
A 30mm deep profile steel cladding liner for built up roof and wall systems.
Features and benefits:
- 0.7 mm gauge.
- Profile features 30mm deep ribs.
- Suitable for site cutting using reciprocating or circular saw.
- Purlin centres for 0.7 mm sheet in typical multispan applications (maximum): 1.8 m. Wider centres may be possible in certain circumstances.
- Manufactured under a Quality Management System accredited to ISO 9001 and an Environmental Management System accredited to ISO 14001.
Fixings:
- General: Valley fixing recommended. Stainless steel or carbon steel self drilling screws with 16 mm bonded washers, 4 mm diameter NFRC class A Butyl sealant at end laps and 50 x 1 mm Polyband air seal/ moisture barrier tape at side laps.
- To steel: Fixing must pass through steel section, leaving minimum 5 mm exposed thread.
- To timber: Fixing must achieve a minimum 40 mm embedment.
