A1 100 mm Specwall (Non-Combustible, Shaftwalls, Risers) - A1-rated Lightweight Concrete Panel

Specwall’s A1 panel is developed to provide a high fire rating to that which is currently being provided by blockwork, concrete walls or specialized systems such as SFS. It has all the capabilities of the existing Specwall 100 mm A2 panel, but with improved fire rating performance.

Due to its A1 rating, it is recommended to be used as an external lining where the requirements are more demanding. It is also perfect for use as a shaftwall, core wall, riser wall, smoke shaft, lift shaft, service riser and to replace block walls. It is water permeable and doesn’t break down when submerged in water, making it suitable for pre-build, Cat A and Cat B installs. 

Specwall A1 panels are manufactured in a standard size of 3000 x 610 mm. It is only available in 100 mm thickness and can be cut to size.

All joints are PU adhesive bonded and filled with grout. Taping and jointing can be requested by the client.
