It not only enhances the building’s aesthetics but also provides excellent protection against wind and sun while maintaining clear views of the stunning vineyard surroundings.

Located in the prestigious municipality of Stezzano, Raffaella Residential is part of an exclusive complex of 12 homes, surrounded by lush green spaces.The residential complex offers spacious three- and four-bedroom apartments, with private gardens on the ground floor and large terraces on the upper levels.For the terraces, Bandalux provided an elegant solution with its Premium Plus roller shades. At the corners, two blinds are joined to ensure total privacy in the expansive terrace areas. The incorporation of cable guides ensures that the fabric stays in place even in windy conditions, offering both functional and aesthetic advantages.

The Mercado de Abastos is one of the most emblematic places in Santiago de Compostela.Located in the heart of the historic center, just steps away from the world-famous Cathedral.As part of a careful revitalization process that respects the architectural heritage of the site, the motorized Bandalux O-Box system with stainless steel cable guide was installed on the rear façade of the building—facing one of the city’s main streets. This strategic intervention enhances both the user experience and the space’s energy efficiency.The use of Screen fabric allows natural light to filter through while maintaining clear views of the urban surroundings. In addition, it provides effective solar protection and visual comfort, key aspects in a place that receives a high volume of visitors throughout the day.

The W Ibiza Hotel is located in a former tourist complex from the 1980s, on the magical island of Ibiza.A very refreshing proposal that, from simplicity, expresses at first glance the hotel’s promise: color, fun, sun, and shade.The design focuses on a selection of bold and Mediterranean colors for the fabrics of Bandalux Projection Plus awnings. Their arrangement and the way guests use them allow for a play of colors that enlivens and gives life to the complex.More than 230 Bandalux Projection Plus awnings installed provide an efficient and dynamic response to the main facade of the hotel by regulating sunlight and allowing the necessary privacy for each guest. The entire Bandalux awning range is designed for maximum durability and resistance to outdoor conditions, robust and, at the same time, very smooth in operation.

The Ciudad de la Justicia de Vigo is an emblematic project in Galicia, located in the former Vigo General Hospital.A key element of the renovation was improving the building’s interior environmental quality, and this is where Bandalux made a significant contribution.The project incorporates the Bandalux Fit-Box system, a discreet and highly effective solar protection solution designed specifically for installation within window frames, making it ideal for renovating existing buildings. The Fit-Box system was combined with Blackout fabric, offering superior solar control and high thermal insulation—essential for maintaining a stable interior temperature and ensuring visual comfort for both staff and visitors.This solution not only reduces glare and enhances privacy in workspaces such as courtrooms and offices but also contributes to the building’s energy efficiency.

The Opera 35 project is a boutique hotel developed as an existing building extension. Its location offers extended views over the garden and courtyard, reason why solar control solutions were required.The large windows provide plenty of natural light. Indoor curtains provide a textured effect, but do not provide the privacy that guests need.Our Arion motorized roller blinds have been chosen to protect the building's exterior. Their 5 meters high position gives dynamism to the façade without changing its style and elegance, at the same time that they guarantee an optimal solar control.The blinds have a Polyscreen® 351 fabric that offers a 10% openness factor. The Pebbles color has been chosen to match the project tones and provide an optimal optical factor.

Bimba y Lola, the internationally recognized Galician fashion brand, has inaugurated its new headquarters in Vigo, Galicia, a project that reflects both innovation and sustainability. Designed by the renowned architectural firm Villacé y Cominges, the building has proudly achieved an Excellent BREEAM certification, recognizing its high environmental performance and commitment to sustainable design.A key contributor to this achievement was Bandalux, whose advanced solar shading systems played a vital role in optimizing energy efficiency and occupant comfort.The project features the Bandalux O-Box motorized system installed on the exterior, paired with Polyscreen® 402 White Grey fabric. This high-performance solution provides exceptional solar protection, reducing heat gain and glare while allowing natural light to enter the building.In addition to its functional benefits, the system was carefully selected for its design, seamlessly integrating with the façade and preserving the architectural integrity of the building.

The project is a loft located in Columella street in the northeast of Milan as part of 25 lofts forming the residential complex by modifying a former industrial structure.To cover its double high windows, our B-Box roller blinds are positioned on the exterior for maximum comfort and sunlight protection. They manage to provide human scale to the spaces by combining technology and functionality.The same system is used with two types of guidance. The lateral cable guide is configured with Polyscreen ® 473 in bright orange color in contrast with the planted spaces for excellent thermal protection and light textile appearance. To get better intimacy, B-Box is also configured with aluminium guides U302 and Trend Light Blackout. Those two different uses complete the inhabitant’s needs of Loft Columella.

Plaza 13 stands on a space previously occupied by an old industrial warehouse. A residential development designed by the Bueso-Inchausti & Rein architecture studio, this 3,566m² complex comprises 14 apartments spread over four floors, four of which are penthouses with private garden and swimming pool. In order to keep a flexible interior layout, Bueso-Inchausti & Rein decided to maintain a geometric uniformity in the complex, with a facade that is almost entirely glazed, fitted with the O-Box system as a solar control solution to optimize sunlight and heat.This was an ambitious and daring project aiming to create a distinguished product with clear floor heights of 3.5m. In this context, the Bandalux outdoor O-Box roller blind systems offer a simple and elegant esthetic solution for the facade, as well as exquisite solar control to create maximum comfort inside the spacious apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows.The O-Box technical blind has an attractive cylindrical box and an aluminum side guide that binds the fabric. To fulfill the project requirements, Bandalux developed a cylindrical handrail, which limits the run of the blind and creates the impression of a floating rail.The O-Box system works like a double skin for the apartment windows, ensuring an excellent compromise between thermal efficiency and visual comfort thanks to the Polyscreen 550 Pearl fabric with a 5% openness factor. A fabric with a high resistance to extreme weather conditions and chlorine which, from outside, contributes to significant energy savings in terms of heating and air conditioning inside. The Polyscreen 550 Pearl fabric is also easy to clean, as it can be simply wiped with a damp cloth, and no harmful elements are used during the manufacturing process.Bueso-Inchausti & Rein works in the field of architecture and urban planning, specializing in residential and tertiary projects. Each suite is thoughtfully positioned to preserve the existing trees, maintaining the integrity of the landscape.Our system One Box featuring Premium Plus and Imagine Blackout shades is installed in the interior patios of each suite, providing optimal privacy and thermal protection, enhancing both comfort and sustainability.

Estudio B76 designed its new headquarters in an industrial warehouse built in the 50s. They kept and revealed reinforced concrete trusses and the perimetral walls made of bricks. The design focuses on using glass and steel to maintain the industrial atmosphere.Thanks to active and passive sustainable measures, such as photovoltaic panels, aerothermal energy, and efficient shading solutions, the project achieves high sustainability.From Bandalux, we proposed a combination of systems suitable for both the working and residential parts of this mixed project:, but Veranda Plus is particularly convenient as it completes without denaturing the former structure of the building.
Awnings and B-Box roller blinds in Triborgo - Suzzani 225 building

The project, designed by Uno-A, welcomes 110 flats in three different types of buildings linked by several planted areas; and various common areas, such as a coworking space and an equipped gym.The façades use GRC (Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete) panels and coloured glass panels to provide architectural identification.Bandalux worked closely with both the architect and the real estate Iempa Immobiliare to provide shading solutions depending on the location and type of building. Z-Box, B-Box Systems and Cofre style awning are place externally, being three different options to management sunlight.Polyscreen® 403 and Trend Light BO fabrics configured these systems according to the lighting needs: visual contact or perfect occultation. On the other hand, Premium Plus roller blinds s are installed inside, providing optimal solar control and comfort.

The biggest challenge of this project was the climate conditions of the location, because of high temperatures and sunlight needs. Also, the purpose of building a Passivhaus home determines its architecture and design : minimalist and sober with a rectangular structure to make the most of isolation elements .The architects combined two of our systems: BSO on the façade and Premium Plus inside. Outdoor Venetian blinds afford highly effective protection from heat and precision sunlight management, contributing to energy savings.Premium Plus roller blinds are completely integrated into the design, being installed in curtain rods and going unnoticed when closing them. They have been configurated with Polyscreen ® 550 - White Pearl color, a fabric with excellent thermal protection, managing up to 94 % of solar heat . Gtote=0,06 – Gtoti = 0.24).

Guido House is a private project located on Majorca island, a territory influenced by sunlight and sea breeze . For that reason, architect David Domínguez Rueda selected BSO system, roller blinds, and curtains for optimal solar control .This combination of Bandalux products allows for maintaining the interior temperature throughout the year, especially thanks to the Outdoors Venetian blinds (BSO) . It’s possible to achieve up to 10 % energy savings regarding the adjustable inclination of the slats, which allows them to be adapted to all solar incidence angles . They completely close the façade to light and heat . It’s also a highly resistant system to weather conditions and is made with durable materials .Inside the house, the architect installed roller blinds to complement the control solar functionality, and curtains as a perfect aesthetic complement .

Minimalist architecture and flexible design define the style of Casa Po, located in the Morobbia Valley. The architects designed the house with a principle of terraces, inspired by the historical vines and the mountain views.The top one is covered by a “regular, definitive and white roof, which covers the living area completely open to the panorama and orientated towards the light”, according to the architects.In this context, our O-Box roller blinds, located outdoors, help to create extra-outdoor spaces around the house. A type of in-between space is created when the shades are closed. Also, cable lateral guides allow an efficient operation and contribute to the sober aesthetic of Casa Po.O-Box system drops off the white rooftop as a key element in the project.

Microgate Headquarters and Mesa – City Clinic Bolzano over five floors- is an ambitious project with spaces for interaction. The idea was to cover its glazed façade while preserving the innovative spirit of the companies.The architect Martina Biasi, who collaborated with Area 17, chose a winning combination of Bandalux products to resolve all these premises.Each roller shade installed, Arion, Premium Plus and Zi-Box Zip, provide efficient solar control. Every space of the building is designed to offer comfort, taking into account its needs: visibility and openness or total concealment. The project for the offices is positioned at one corner of the existing production building. For acoustic reasons, the volume is detached and surrounded by gardens and planted facades.For the façade and to mark the identity of the brand, 3dny Studio got inspired by the relation with the fashion industry of the company using leather jackets fringes as reference.Behind this curtain facade, the volume is fully glassed. Our B-Box roller shades are used to protect the large openings over the triple height of the hall. In association with a Polyscreen ® 351 in White color, it maintains comfort and views and become part of the graphic façade.

Majunga Tower is a reinvention of an office block. The facades are articulated thanks to 3 bands, over 39 storeys reaching 195 meters high. This singular building has a double-skin envelop. It is made out of glass and aluminum, to allow natural light into the offices while keeping the views and a visual connection to its context. Our motorized BSO with C50 blades are integrated into this facade for complete adaptability of light and shades throughout the day. This efficient system cut lighting and air-conditioning energy consumption.

The architects designed the Project with a commitment to obtaining a high classification of the BREEAM Outstanding , Fitwell 3* and Wiredscore Platinum certificates . In addition , following Amor´s NZC 2025 commitment , the project is focusing on obtaining the Passivhaus certification , which will make it one of the most sustainable new buildings in Spain and in Europe . The architects have selected our products for their maximum chromatic customization and functionality. More than 60 avant-garde homes with their own identity and custom design.
