Building One at Ruskin Square is the first of five that are planned as part of a £500 million development adjacent to East Croydon station. The building was designed by Shedkm architects and constructed by Lendlease and comprises a 9 storey 184,000 sq ft office building which has been fully let to HMRC. The building has two cores and these have 2700mm high Novista Steel Riser doorsets on all four sides which have been painted with emulsion the match the adjoining wall making them virtually invisible when to door is closed.
