Amtico Marine products therefore meet the fundamental safety requirements of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO). The new Marine collection has been evolved to include 69 new design-led flooring products.

Surestep Stone is a range of 8 contemporary colours for a modern take on safety flooring, offering concrete  and all-over effects alongside black and white granite. With colours ranging from dark to light, all Surestep Stone colours are enriched by either carborundum particles or Step Crystals.

All Forbo Step safety flooring products meet Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and European Standard requirements and are tested using the TRRL Pendulum test, the preferred test method of the HSE, achieving a Pendulum Test Value (PTV) of ≥36 which is considered to offer a low slip risk.

Surestep Stone offers R10 sustainable slip resistance which makes it ideal for use in general and spillage areas with increased (a higher) slip risk, such as corridors and ramps, tea and coffee points, general workrooms, service areas, food service areas and washrooms.

The recommended adhesive for Surestep Stone is Eurosafe Special 540
