DUH Hospital Disposal Unit - Bowl & Hopper

A DUHS hospital disposal unit manufactured from 1.2 mm thick, grade 1.4301 (304) stainless steel with a satin polish finish. The top is turned down on all four edges and incorporates a wet area recess. Fitted with a sluice hopper at one end which can be suitable for either top entry or duct mounted services. The hopper has a 110 mm diameter outlet which can accept a P or S trap, available as an extra. A wash up bowl is positioned next to the sluice hopper and is prepared for a 38 mm waste outlet. The wash up bowl does not have an overflow.

Stainless steel cisterns are available with stainless steel downpipes for surface mounting installations. For installations where the cistern is duct mounted a plastic cistern with plastic downpipe is available. Plastic cisterns have a 9 L capacity whereas the stainless steel cistern can be 6, 7 or 9 L capacity and all are fitted with a 13 mm HP brass valve, plastic float and CP metal flushing lever handles. The unit should only be fed from a cistern or tank water supply.

Unit can be mounted on either stainless steel cantilever brackets or stainless steel front leg supports. Front leg supports give a working height of 900 mm and have adjustable feet which can be screwed to the floor for extra stability. L or R after the code number refers to the handing of the drainer i.e. left or right when facing front of unit.

CLD Fencing Systems

SpeedMaster bi-folding trackless speed gates are the ideal solution where speed of opening and closing is essential or where space is at a premium. The gates typically open at more than twice the speed of a traditional swinging gate of the same size which ensure a fast throughput of traffic while maintaining security of the site.

Uses a PLC controlled, inverter drive three phase motor, worm and wheel gearbox with a direct drive shaft connected to the gate leaf, which ensures a smooth and positive movement. The speed gates are rated for 100% duty cycle (continuous operation).

Manufactured using rectangular hollow steel (RHS) frame and circular hollow section (CHS) steel infills. A wide range of alterative infills are available to suit customer requirements and to match adjoining fencing design. Also available are spiked tops, warning lights and sirens if required.

Unlike other brick slip systems currently available, which often compromise of an acrylic brick finish, Epsibrick-7 slips are manufactured and fired at a 7 mm thickness, in exactly the same way as traditional clay bricks, essentially offering a hard wearing, genuine brick finish.

Brick slips are adhered using a specialist WBS Brick Slip Adhesive and pointed using WBS Polymer Pointing Mortar which is available in a range of colours.
