Exclusive to SIG Design & Technology, the SIGnature range is a torch-applied built up roofing system for flat and pitched roofs which is robust, tried and tested. Intended for both new work and overlay projects and offering different warranty packages dependent on the underlay option selected. The SIGnature range will ensure that you can tailor the system to your client's requirements, and come in on budget.
Designed for new work or overlays, this bituminous roofing system comprises fire rated torch-on cap sheet, underlay and vapour control layer and is suitable for warm or cold roofs. There are three underlay options with the potential for either 20 or 25 year warrantees.

Hush Felt Underlay is a high performing felt underlay that has been designed to isolate the final floor finish and improve impact acoustic performance. The Hush Felt Underlay is primarily used under carpet, laminate and engineered timber floor finishes.
By selecting to use the Hush Felt over thicker or less dense materials the initial excessive bounce will be eliminated. If the wrong underlay is used then the the acoustic efficiency will be lost when the underlay settles. Hush Felt Underlay is crucial for isolating these floor finishes.

Due to the popularity of LVT, we designed our Hush LVT Underlay, which is a low weight and low gauge acoustic underlay, giving excellent impact sound reduction. The low gauge has been determined to maximise recovery of both the underlay and the luxury vinyl tile when the products are subjected to point loading. This reduces the risk of permanent indentation and marking of the LVT floor finish.

- are manufactured using a blowing agent with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP)
- benefit from a Green Guide rating of A
- are CE marked in accordance with EN 13165
- are manufactured to an ISO 9001 Quality Management System and an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
Plylok has 6mm ply bonded to the insulation and is suited to domestic roof projects.
