Optima Edge takes the very best of the FC+ system to create a rainscreen with a clean, crisp edge. Edge panels have no folds, helping to create the sleek, clean appearance while also being incredibly user friendly - with quick and easy adjustments on site. Edge can also be fixed top down, or bottom up with individual panel removal and replacement. Improved ventilation to fit latest standards and to stay in line with the Optima Plus range is present.
Optima Edge has been fire-tested to BS4148-2:2000 and classified in BR135 for high rise constructions. The system is available in 4mm Aluminium with Sotech's bespoke carrier design and are suitable for large and bespoke panel sizes.
Optima IPC, Interlocking Pressed Plank System Details

The Optima IPC system is available as a pressed plank in a variety of materials, often pre-finished or as an extruded plank available in post-finished aluminium. They are connected by a simple interlocking male/female joint, which offers either a recessed or hairline appearance. Optima IPC is secretly fixed onto extruded aluminium support framework horizontally or vertically in a variety of materials. This drained and ventilated system creates a weather shield in front of a primary structure. Optima IPC is engineered to seamlessly integrate with all other building façade elements such as windows, doors and louvres. The system has been independently tested and certified to meet CWCT rigorous specification for rainscreen cladding. All fixings used in the system are stainless steel.

Optima TFC+ has been developed as an economical alternative to a complete secret fix rainscreen. Whilst being the most economical rainscreen solution, requiring discreet fixings in the vertical panel recess, the engineering of the system retains the benefits of a drained and ventilated façade. Superior manufacturing techniques ensure there will be no build-up of metal thicknesses at the cruciform joint. The system has been independently tested and certified to meet CWCT rigorous specification for rainscreen cladding. This drained and ventilated system consists of a baffle-jointed series of panels that creates a weather shield in front of a primary structure. Optima FC+ Hook on Secret Fix System Details

The Optima FC+ is a secret fix hook on rainscreen system. The system has the flexibility to be used in a portrait or landscape. Precision fit and finish with 20mm joints in both directions, suitable for large and bespoke size panels. User friendly with quick and easy adjustment on site, can be fixed tope down, or bottom up, with individual panel removal and replacement. The FC+ rainscreen uses a mechanical fixing methods and no use of adhesives providing true A1 and A2 cladding system. The rainscreen system has been successfully fire tested to BS8414, and is classified in BR135 making it safe to use on high rise buildings in conjunction with Euro Class A1 and A2s1,d0 fire rated materials. The systems is approved and certified by CWCT.

Optima XPC System Details

The Optima XPC Extruded Plank Rainscreen System is manufactured from extruded metal, an extremely stiff alloy, and is the most robust and durable product. Completely secretly fixed extruded aluminium plank rainscreen which has set flat face modules of 150mm, 200mm, 225mm and 250mm as well as 150mm modules castellated extruded aluminium plank rainscreen. The XPC is extremely adaptable and we are able to bring the dimensions of the system down to ground level to maximise its strength in the areas most susceptible to damage.
This system has been independently tested and certified to meet CWCT rigorous specification for rainscreen.
