The sump chamber is designed to have all the inlet and outlet connections to be always at the same height relative to the Newton drainage products.

The addition of the PAC Positive Air Curtain to the Cavity Drain Waterproofing provides protection against water, gasses and hydrocarbon vapours from the ground within a single internally applied system.
This system provides basement waterproofing across all environmental grades (Grade 1-3) in accordance with BS 8102:2022, as well as a ground has mitigation system that is integrity tested with tracer gas to confirm viability.

Newton HydroBond 108-LM is a cold spray-applied, seamless, rubber waterproofing membrane for the external waterproofing of basements and foundation walls. Normally specified as part of our HydroBondTM System in conjunction with HydroBond 403 Plus, the membrane can also be used on its own, terminating to raft or strip foundations.
108 HydroBond-LM is very quick to apply, at up to 1000m2 per day, and is not subject to the delays normally associated with liquid membranes as it can be applied in cooler and damper conditions and in most cases without a primer.

Floordrain - Drainage conduit for collection of water at the construction joint to the floor and to replace Basedrain
at door thresholds. Floordrain is also used to connect the perimeter Basedrain to the sump

HydroBond109-LM is a flexible, single-component, cold-applied, seamless rubber waterproofing membrane with a number of uses for the external waterproofing of basements, foundation walls, decks, and flat roofs. HydroBond 109-LM is also adept
as a detailing membrane for the termination and jointing of other Newton waterproofing products, and with its very high adhesive properties it is the perfect primer for adhesion of butyl products to concrete and mortar.
Applied by brush, roller or airless spray machine, HydroBond 109-LM can be applied in cool and damp conditions and without a primer.

HydroTank 306 Swell Mastic is a high-quality, firm, fast-curing, swellable, single-component, polymeric adhesive sealant. The special composition of Newton 306 SwellMastic makes the sealant start to swell when in contact with water (to about 150% of original size).
The sealant has high elasticity and high adherence and it develops a strong adhesive tensile strength immediately after application. The first swelling is time delayed which allows HydroTank 306 Swell Mastic to be applied to slightly damp surfaces.

HydroBond 403 Plus provides a complete waterproof envelope to the structure to achieve Type A (barrier) waterproofing suitable for Grades 1, 2 and 3 as defined by BS 8102:2022, are suitable for all below ground and earth-retained structures from domestic basements to the largest civil engineering projects, and can be used as part of the HydroBond® System with HydroBond 108-LM which is sprayed to the exposed walls of the basement after the temporary formwork is removed.
