The heavy duty spring mechanism allows you to raise and lower the ladder with a minimum of effort.
The Supreme F60 / F90 Steel Hatch box loft ladder is tested according to EN 1363-1, EN 1634-1 and ÖNORM B 3860 by IBS Linz for fire resistance of 60 minutes / 90 minutes from below (EI2 60 / EI2 90).
