With smooth lines, our traditional flush timber casement windows sit beautifully in the frame. But they offer more than sleek aesthetics they are Secured By Design (SBD) certified too.
Our flush casement timber windows open outwards and can be top or side hung. They can also be supplied fully reversible to enable external glass to be cleaned safely from inside the building: perfect for high-rise developments.
We offer four glass options mounted in hardwood of softwood frames. Double and triple glazing is available, and the Uw rates for thermal containment will impress. With double gasketing, weather containment is assured; and beading is mounted internally to enhance security.

Our timber French doors and single doors are single swing, and available in hardwood and softwood options, inward or outward opening. We offer a choice of four glass types and double or triple glazing.
Superb weather tightness is achieved with a double sealing gasket system; and a Uw value of 1.2 with a double glazed unit contributes to thermal containment.

In other respects, spring balanced sash windows display all the benefits of our traditional timber sashes, with unrivalled quality, design and engineering.
Double-glazed as standard, they are available with safety glass, obscured glass, acoustic glass or solar control glass. Triple glazing is also available for larger contracts. Twin gasketing ensures reliable weather containment.

Ventrolla was founded in 1983 by Robert Tunnicliffe
who previously worked at Ford Motors developing
specialised high performance gaskets and seals. The
name 'Ventrolla' is a slightly warped portmanteau of
'Ventilation Control'.
Robert turned his hand to draught-proofing sash
windows after his wife noticed it becoming increasingly
difficult to keep their home warm during the colder
months and so Bob, using his expertise at Ford
developed the first perimeter sealing system and
installed it himself.
