Fingersafe® is a worldwide trademark brand name for a product range of door finger protection systems. The powerful formulation of the concertina® front module pushes and ejects wandering little fingers and hands creating a safe hinge area around the cavity of the door.
Our trademark concertina® is also perceived as an integral part of the fingersafe® product range since the time of our invention over two decades ago.
In recent years our technical development team came up with a solution for gate hinges and so the trademark and product Gatesafe® was manufactured and introduced to the safety range of hinge guards.

The PET and hardcoat help provide an inner shield to protect occupants from glass spalling and lacerations. Spalling is the term used to describe the action of glass splintering
and flying inward after the glazing is struck by an object or bullet from the outside.
Trosifol® Spallshield® CPET helps create a protective barrier between people and glass.
Because Trosifol® Spallshield® CPET laminates are glass/plastic all of the best features of
glass are combined with those of plastic. The result is a glazing which is very lightweight, thin, and strong.

The SentryGlas® interlayer from the Trosifol® Structural product familiy is five times stronger and up to 100 times stiffer than conventional laminating materials. With this kind
of strength the glass can be a more active structural element in the building envelope,
opening up design possibilities that didn't exist before. Besides its strength, SentryGlas®
ionoplast interlayer retains its clarity even after years of service. Unlike other interlayers,
SentryGlas® ionoplast interlayer is much less vulnerable to moisture exposure or yellowing
over time.

Kuraray – Trosifol®
SGX has robust adhesion to the air side of glass without the need for primer making lamination of multi ply laminates easier. SGX optical performance and haze formation are much less sensitive to the autoclave cooling rate giving peace of mind to the laminator that the final laminate will have consistently high quality. The lower haze also makes producing very thick laminates of outstanding optical quality easily achievable. SGX complies with global safety glazing codes such as ANSI Z97.1, EN14449, EN12543, EN12600, EN356 and Safety Glazing Certification Council (SGCC). Properly laminated and installed SGX laminates of 2.53 mm caliper have been tested and pass the large missile impact test per ASTM E 1996.
