To ensure Forza third party certificated fire rated products are supplied with a clear and easy to interpret method of installation, Forza has enhanced the fire certificate provided with each fire door. On completion of the product installation, the signed certificate is to be placed in the Building Fire Safety Manual (BS9999:2017)
In addition to the IFCC tamper evident numeric audit label attached to the top edge of the door, Forza provides with each certificate a Forza "Fire Door Keep Shut " label for attachment to the frame at the hinge position or on the intumescent strip at the leading edge of the door.

An overview of the new range of Fire Rated Mailboxes with Two Hour Integrity.
FR1, FR2 & FR3, three fire rated mailbox models had already been tested by Warrington Fire to the previous BS 476 Part 22: 1987 standard, which meant that they had all achieved a 60-minute fire rating.
We wanted to extend the test to 2 hours to ensure that the area commonly used as an evacuation point was capable of holding back a fire or containing a fire.
To achieve this, we sent our fire rated mailboxes to Warrington Fire for a 120-minute integrity only test. In October 2019 and October 2020 we tested these mailboxes at Warrington Fire as singles and as banks in order to see exactly how they would perform in a fire situation. On both occasions they passed the 2 hour test with no failures.
