Polyflor vinyl flooring adds the finishing touches to office canteen at Analog Devices

Vinyl flooring from Polyflor’s Classic Mystique PUR and Expona Design PUR ranges was recently used to create a fresh, modern office environment for international technology company Analog Devices in Co. Limerick, Republic of Ireland.
Polyflor flooring supplied by Provincial Floorcoverings Ltd was installed at the Analog Devices’ regional headquarters by flooring contractor Southern Mosaics of Ennis, Co. Clare.
500 m² of Classic Mystique PUR sheet vinyl flooring in two complementary grey shades, Silver Mist 1430 and Nocturne 1380, was installed within the office canteen to provide a neutral base for the bright furniture and food serving stations.
Polyflor helps create geometric floor design for Solihull School sixth formers

A combination of high performance flooring from Polyflor’s luxury vinyl tile and sheet vinyl flooring ranges was used to create a dynamic, geometric flooring design at Solihull School’s brand new Sixth Form centre.
Installed by Gladston Contract Flooring Specialists, Pearlazzo PUR flooring was used to produce a hexagonal patterned floor design in the centre’s breakout and dining area whilst Expona Control PUR luxury vinyl tiles created a pathway through the common room area and into the adjoining corridors and staircases.
The hexagon shapes were created by Polyflor’s in-house Design Service using precision waterjet cutting technology.

Expona Design luxury vinyl tiles in Dark Concrete were installed throughout the shop floor area at this high street gadget shop by local flooring contractor The Hull Flooring Co Ltd.

Suitable for demanding, high traffic commercial environments like large schools, this acoustic floorcovering produces an impact sound reduction level of 19dB, reducing the transfer of noise throughout this modern school building that accommodates approximately 1400 pupils.

Pearlazzo PUR and Polysafe Wood fx PUR were installed throughout the facility by flooring contractors Jepsons Limited.
Pearlazzo PUR sheet vinyl flooring in complementary fresh shades of Lemon Ice and Mint Crisp were used in corridors, nursing stations, reception areas and waiting rooms. As a contrast to the pastel tones used in corridors and circulation areas within the hospital, Polysafe Wood fx PUR safety flooring in Warm Beech was fitted in the treatment rooms.
Polyflor gives Cardiff Blues Rugby Club bar a winning new look

High design and hardwearing vinyl flooring from Polyflor was used to create a brand new bar area for fans to socialise in at the home of Cardiff Blues rugby club, Cardiff Arms Park.
The bar refurbishment was carried out by local interior fit out specialists Office Image, with the flooring installed by Gareth Wood Contract Flooring Services.
Forest fx flooring in Rustic Oak and Expona Design tiles in Atlantic Slate were selected for the bar area. Atlantic Slate was used throughout the bathroom areas whilst Expona Commercial in Blue Recycled Wood were also fitted to hospitality boxes overlooking the pitch.

Wood effect Expona Design luxury vinyl tiles in Light Elm were installed in the bistro, reception area, corridors and also in the village exercise studio.
The £9.5 million state-of-the-art Belong Warrington care village, designed by Pozzoni Architecture Ltd, is a community facility, including village centre amenities, households for residents who require 24 hour dementia and nursing care, and independent living apartments.

Polysafe safety flooring was recently used to help return Lido Ponty, the National Lido of Wales in Pontypridd, to its former glory as part of Rhondda Cynon Taf Council’s £6.3m restoration project.

Polyflor helps move refurbishment of Hampshire community centre in the right direction

Forest fx PUR vinyl flooring was used to create striking design floors at The Pavilion on the Park, a youth and community centre in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
Specified by Southampton based architects Michael Weakley Associates and installed by Tildan Construction, Forest fx PUR vinyl sheet flooring in the warm Rich Cherry shade was selected for the installation. A further four Forest fx shades - Classic Oak, Smoked Oak, Warm Beech and Mahogany - were used to create the detailed compass motifs designed by Michael Weakley Associates which sit in the centre of the café and hall floors.

Expona Flow helps to refresh University Hospital Wales restaurant

Formerly known as the Heathfields restaurant, this hospital canteen has undergone a transformation and is now called Y Gegin. Approximately 600m² of Polyflor flooring was installed throughout the restaurant by Artisan Flooring.
The grey-toned Silver Oak and Smoked Oak wood effect designs from Polyflor’s Expona Flow flooring collection were installed alongside each other throughout the servery stations, cashier desks, dining areas and around vending machines.

Designed by Nette + Hartmann architects from Hamburg, this Schuhmann store features two sales floors of shoe and accessory collections for men, women and children, covering approximately 400m².
The Blond Limed Oak design from Polyflor’s Expona Commercial range was selected as the perfect flooring to complement the modern, minimalist store interior. The planks are laid diagonally to give the sense of movement and the illusion of more space.

Approximately 5500m² of Camaro PUR wood effect luxury vinyl tiles in the White Limed Oak design were chosen to complete the interior design scheme inside the 197-room aparthotel.
Installed by national flooring contractors Titan Interior Solutions Ltd, Camaro luxury vinyl tiles were fitted throughout all areas of the apartments.

The owners chose the Dark Recycled Wood design from Expona Commercial PUR range to fit in with the studio’s contemporary style. To give the look of a random patchwork of upcycled timber, the design includes tiles in three different widths and in various complementary shades creating the effect of a reclaimed wood floor, a look that is becoming increasingly popular.

This store is close to the popular tourist location the Arc de Triomphe and on the city’s most popular shopping street.

Hardwearing luxury vinyl tiles from Polyflor’s Expona Design range were recently installed at the busy Klein Architects offices in Auckland, New Zealand.
The Dark Grey Concrete design was chosen for the new office fit out. The flooring was installed by Comfloor flooring contractors.
Ricky Lam, Senior Associate at Klein Architects commented, “This design was chosen, as it has a similar visual texture and colour as polished concrete while retaining its integrity as a unique aesthetic. The tile format means individual modules can be easily replaced if damaged."

Two complementary wood effect designs from the Affinity255 PUR LVT collection, Harvest Oak and Huckleberry Oak, were installed side by side throughout the reception, gym floor and circulation areas.
Approximately 300m² of Affinity255 PUR luxury vinyl tiles were fitted at the gym by Treorchy based flooring contractors Carpets ‘N’ Carpets Ltd.

High design luxury vinyl tile flooring from Polyflor’s Expona Commercial collection was recently chosen as part of a sophisticated and stylish interior design scheme for Handbag Clinic in Islington, London.
Handbag Clinic specialises in the care, repair and restoration of designer handbags and leather fashion accessories, as well as selling preowned luxury goods in their handbag boutique. The design scheme for the Islington branch refurbishment was created by Aubury Design, a Newcastle-based interior design service.

The bold and graphic Firelight design was chosen from the Infinity collection within the Expona Flow product range by main contractor Petric Contracts.

Polyflor’s Mystique PUR homogeneous sheet vinyl flooring in an assortment of vibrant colours was chosen for a 1,400 m² installation in the Department of Paediatric and Adolescent Medicine at Marienhaus Klinikum St. Elisabeth in Neuwied, Germany.
Mystique PUR in sunny yellow shade Giallo and fresh green Alpi were used throughout patients rooms, communal areas and corridors. Over 100 inlay designs were also used throughout the department, featuring even more shades from the collection, such as Azurite, Ametista and Corallo. The flooring on this project was installed by Bomm Malerwerkstätte of Weitersburg.

315m² of Expona Design PUR luxury vinyl tiles in the Walnut design were installed by Forever Flooring of Broxburn, Mid Lothian at the independent school for girls aged 12 to 17. The school hall needed to be refurbished, and as Expona Design flooring was performing well elsewhere in the school, the same luxury vinyl tile range was selected for this space.

Polysafe Verona was specified for the project as the specialist orthodontic practice required a safe, easy to clean and attractive floorcovering that would provide underfoot slip resistance for patients and employees, creating a professional look that complemented the existing décor.
The pale blue Skyline 5205 shade was specified and installed throughout treatment, circulation and storage areas by Lynex Flooring of West Bromwich.
