The main focal point at the Portobello site is a huge vintage chandelier which hangs beautifully within the main auditorium. Penny Hydraulics, having been selected as the lifting equipment partner on other projects throughout the Soho House chain previously, were contacted to specify a winch system to mechanically lift and lower the chandelier, so that it could be quickly and easily accessed at regular intervals for cleaning, to have the bulbs changed, or for routine maintenance.

Leeds Town Hall is a historic building at the heart of Leeds City Centre, originally built in 1858. The age of this building meant the maintenance and cleaning of the 7 600kg chandeliers had to be hand-operated by a 3-man team using an outdated lighting system. The costly annual cleaning could take up to four weeks, leaving the popular Victoria Hall unusable during this time. The installation of an electric chandelier winch system has allowed them to complete this task safely in just under a week.

Helo was chosen by David Lloyd Leisure and Pellikaan Construction to design and build the heat treatment rooms for this flag-ship spa facility in Surrey. It features an amazing five different sauna cabins. Each one offering the user a unique bathing experience; from the Vitality Sauna which offers clients an exciting sauna ceremony to a more traditional approach in the stylish log cabin set in the grounds of the club. There are two contemporary steam rooms - crystal and oriental, a salt grotto, a tepadarium with luxurious heated ceramic loungers and two adventure showers along with a spectacular ice chandelier.

This iconic 1836 Grade II listed building is situated in one of Newcastle's historic streets, Grey Street. Recently purchased by the Malhotra Group PLC, this building, now known as Malhotra House, is the company's NEW state-of-the-art headquarters.​The top two floors house the new office space for the Malhotra Team, the ground floor is housed by Italian Restaurant Zizzi and the first floor has been let to Lloyds Bank.​​The entrance lobby, hall and staircases lead up to the 3 floors of office space. This area has undergone a dramatic transformation, a stunning 14m high chandelier lights the way, your eyes capture the 3d concrete wall finish as you walk through, this unique finish was created using tones of Marmorino Venezia Beton, cleverly lit by soft background lighting. Worth getting the extra steps in and using the stairs and not the lift!
