This hotel provides 153 bedrooms, conference facilities and leisure club with a 20m swimming pool. Situated in Lakeside North Harbour Portsmouth, this hotel has excellent transport links to the city of Portsmouth and the wider Hampshire area via the M27 and the A3. This project needed a product that could achieve High Sound Reduction Performance. Prevent the sound created in gym areas and entertainment areas getting into guest rooms. Using HiDECK acoustic overlay 28 was the ideal solution. This highly conductive structural floorboard has rapid heat transfer characteristics enabling a more efficient under floor heating system.

HiDECK 18 was installed as the overlay flooring solution in the prestigious Admirals Quay, Ocean Village development in Southampton. Ocean Village is a mixed-use marina, residential, business and leisure development on the mouth of the River Itchen in Southampton.The impressive 26 storey residential tower features 300 apartments making it the tallest residential tower in the area which will act as a spectacular landmark. The apartment floors have been installed with underfloor heating panels and HiDECK 18 as the overlay floor system.

Coventry office block converted to apartments in Coventry city centre. The building is situated in the city centre with various amenities available in the surrounding area, ideal for people looking to live in the heart of the city. DECKfon acoustic battens consist of a layer of recycled, low resonance, open cell, flexible polyurethane foam bonded to a FSC certified timber batten. These battens have been rigorously tested and are ideal for various sub floors, making DECKfon Batten 70 the best solution for this project.
