Beachcliff Hotel and Apartments are an eight bedroom and two flat period property in the Edwardian seaside town of Penarth, Wales. It is the perfect base for exploring the local area, located opposite the Victorian Penarth Pier and beach and town centre. Both apartments have a view of the sea. Initially built in 1904, the Beachcliff building became a central part of Penarth’s historic waterfront. However, years of weathering from the Bristol Channel led to the structure’s decay; most of the property had to be dismantled and rebuilt as a gabled Edwardian pastiche façade.Cellecta’s FIBREfon 28C was specified due to its acoustic performance. The Cellecta solutions were recognised as the ideal products for the acoustical and soundproofing demands of the domestic and commercial development. FIBREfon 28C is an acoustic overlay board designed for concrete floors requiring a high compressive treatment.Richard Hayward Properties had ownership of the contract to develop this 1,000m² rebuild.

Canon Green Court is a large residential scheme in Greater Manchester refurbishing an iconic 1960s high-rise tower block on Salford's skyline and building an 11-story building containing 108 one and two-bedroom apartments. This development is the largest affordable housing development in the area, with the new building joining two pre-existing blocks that have been upgraded. The site is named after Canon Peter Green’s pen name, 'Artifex', a published writer who dedicated his life to supporting poor communities. The refurbishment has a simple building shape with a high-quality terracotta rain-screen façade, combined photo voltaic on the roof and shared high-quality placemaking landscape.Cellecta ScreedBoard 28 was specified by Corstorphine & Wright for this project due to its excellent impact and airborne acoustic performance. This 4,500m² redevelopment is part of the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, costing £240 million to construct this leisure development, including shops, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities.Cellecta DECKfon 26T was used in this development as the ideal acoustic overlay treatment to improve the performance of the original structural timber decked floor. The tongue and grove edge detail make it quicker and easy to install, saving time and money.Thomas Homes was awarded the contract to redevelop this leisure development within the ring in Bracknell.

Kindred House is a 25-storey block made up of 128 one to three bedroom residential apartments overlooking the Croydon Flyover. Of these homes, 60 are affordable, and includes above flexible office and retail space, and 1000m² of flexible commercial space adjacent to the road. These all act as a buffer for the affordable apartments on the opposite side of the plan. The building has been stabilised with RC lift cores and RC shear walls and supported on reinforced concrete piled foundations.Cellecta’s YELOfon HD5 was specified by Pitman Tozer Architects on this project for its excellent high impact sound deadening properties ideal for a block of flats. It is a lightweight, easy to install non-crosslinked polyethylene foam.Henry Construction was awarded the 10,000m² contract to construct these modern apartments.
