The intricate facade on Garden Halls was inspired by the existing large-scale Victorian and Edwardian buildings that populate Bloomsbury, such as the Russell Square Hotel and Victoria House. The windows employ a very thin profile section, achieved with Reynaers CS 38-SL systems, and have a decorated, perforated aluminium screen to the side. This uses an insulated panel that can be opened from the inside for ventilation. The lower level screens are bronze-coloured anodised aluminium, while the upper screens are powder coated.

The result of the first project of this type is a house with an organic, soft design - the furnishings minimalistic, high-quality and modern. The house consists of triple-shelled walls that are filled with insulating mass. With the help of a giant 3D printer, the concrete mass was applied layer by layer. And within only a few months, a single-family house with 160 m² of living space was created.Nothing was to be missing from the house with its furnishings; the aim was to emphasise the high-quality and special style of the building. The concrete layers were to remain visible inside and out - reduced, clean and yet expressive in its style. This claim runs consistently through all rooms of the house. The bathrooms are equipped with KEUCO IXMO fittings in the shower and on the bathtub. The minimalistic fitting elements blend into the futuristic image, restrained yet strong in design. The shiny chrome finish, reflect a brilliant contrast to the dark tiles in the shower.Aligning with the principle of the house "without corners and edges", round cover plates were chosen for the fittings.  The accessories at the washbasin and WC also fulfil the credo of the design concept: EDITION 400 with its round form language is filigree and the accessories are high-quality eye-catchers. They enhance the bathroom with their understatement.What once started as a pilot project could influence building in the future and also offer installation and plumbing companies with completely new challenges.The materials and fittings of the bathrooms were chosen to match the special wall texture. "Without corners and edges", the EDITION 400 accessories from KEUCO perfectly fit to the motto, as does the KEUCO IXMO bath mixer with round cover plates.In addition to numerous accessories for the toilet and washbasin area, the EDITION 400 range also includes many hooks and towel rails. The shower holder integrates a diverter, where you can choose between a large overhead shower and a hand shower. Two in one: The KEUCO free-standing accessory for the toilet area is the flexible solution for a toilet paper holder and toilet brush set. Thanks to the large base plate, it is particularly stable.

Its smooth finish makes it ideal for a modern, minimalist design that can be easily combined with materials like wood and ceramic.

The existing Bushey Grove health suite was a stark, clinical looking area with gloomy sauna and steam plus a difficult to maintain whirlpool spa with all the plant two floors below. TyloHelo's design concept was to open up the space with glass frontage and dividing walls between thermal rooms and create more comfortable relaxation areas. The design was contemporary with large format tiles in warm, natural colours. The thermal suite comprised a Finnish Salt sauna, Salt inhalation steam room, Herbal sauna, Bucket shower, Feature shower, Ice feature and three heated benches.

A man with a prosthetic limb faced difficulties in his small, impractical bathroom after a leg injury. Collaborating with an Occupational Therapist, Care Spaces redesigned the space, ensuring approval from both the therapist and the user. They revamped the bathroom into a functional wet room, addressing accessibility issues. Key features included a level-access shower, shower seat, non-slip flooring, safety grab rails, an accessible toilet, and basin. The transformed space now meets the user's needs, enabling independent living. Notably, the adaptation benefits the user's son, who has a disability, ensuring a lasting solution for the family.

Our customer required a solution where the floor drains and channels could withstand the variance of temperature in the spa, and support footfall from the public, whilst maintaining an luxurious appearance in line with the environment. Alongside the drains for the changing room showers, using a bespoke design, BLÜCHER created a circular channel to surround the ice fountain, and an arched channel in grade 304 stainless steel with an infill grating to accompany the experience showers. Our infill gratings were the perfect choice for this spa setting, allowing a flawless finish of the chosen floor type against the drainage, completing the aesthetic appeal of the room

As part of this refurbishment, we installed our toughened glass Luminoso shower cubicles, specified in a striking blue to complement Boom Cycle’s brand identity and high energy interior design. The full height shower cubicles were manufactured using 10mm clear float toughened glass for the doors, pilasters and division panels and are set on a stainless steel tubular headrail with matching stainless steel pedestal feet. Each cubicle was finished with double swing hinges, which are self-closing from 25 degrees, stainless steel clothes hooks and a stainless steel pull handle towel rail to the outside.

We installed new male and female washrooms on four levels and created a new staff shower and changing area in the basement of this recently refurbished office. Our full height, flush front Alto toilet cubicles and Concerto duct panels were finished in the same dark walnut straight grain real wood veneer. The integrated duct panel system is easy-to-clean and allows ease of access for future repairs or maintenance. The crisp white Zodiac stone vanities complete the high specification design. The staff shower and changing area features white Zodiac stone vanities plus our bespoke locker system.

Washroom's off-site service allowed the design to be carefully fine-tuned prior to installation on site for this prestigious office refurbishment project. Washroom's full height Alto toilet cubicle doors were specified with a real wood veneer finish, stained to match the solid Douglas fir timber panelling in the reception area. The bespoke polished cast concrete vanity units feature integral waste bins and Tego hinged mirror units above. For the new staff shower and changing room area Washroom's full height Alto FENIX shower cubicles were installed along with Z style Forza SGL lockers.

Together with its in-house joinery division Washroom delivered a new basement shower and changing area, plus kitchenettes and storage for this redeveloped office. Forte SGL shower cubicles with satin anodised aluminium pedestal legs and 'D’ shaped headrail, were specified in dark grey. The spacious cubicles include a bespoke fold-down bench for extra convenience. Washroom installed bespoke white Corian solid surface vanity units complete with inset wastebin in the superloos. The team also crafted a bespoke oak staircase which runs on every level of the building and installed new oak slatted wall panels throughout to complete the design.

The challengeA leading UK water company refurbished its headquarters in Warrington, which included a full office fit-out and building a staff gymnasium. The solutionThe project utilised glass in the new gym as the light transmission was a priority. Arkoni, a fabricator based in West Yorkshire worked with Pyroguard to deliver a clean cut glass screen without the unsightly black edges often found on other fire glass screens. The glass chosen for the gym was the EI30 INT fire glass in a butt joint format, offering clean almost invisible joints similar to standard non-fire-rated screens.

The bulk of the project, spread over seven large blocks, used DucoWall Basic to provide plant screening. One element, where higher level glazing needs privacy screening from the walkways below, DucoWall Classic W 50Z is installed inverted so that the areas gain maximum light without sacrificing privacy. Another challenge was to incorporate louvre doors into the plant screening areas without interrupting the aesthetic appearance. Here again a standard DucoDoor solution provided exactly what was required. The DucoDoor can use the full range of DucoWall blades to provide a beautiful and uniform result.

HAUSER is a traditional supplier of turnkey refrigeration systems, for example in the form of refrigerated shelves, counters and freezer cabinets. Besides its headquarters inLinz, Austria, the company also operates a plant in Budweis, Czech Republic. An office building was equipped with ceiling and floor systems from Lindner. In cooperation with the local partner Konstruktis Delta s. r. o., Lindner Plafotherm® DS 320 Type 1 metal ceilings with integrated heating and cooling functions were supplied. With regard to the floor systems, LIGNA and NORTEC raised floors were used.

We’ve designed and installed a sleek new staff shower area and co-ordinating washrooms for an office in the heart of the City. We installed our highly engineered SGL floor-to-ceiling Marcato shower cubicles in grey with white pilasters to create an attractive striped effect finish. We also installed our Forza SGL lockers in a bespoke Z style. The washrooms, which feature our full height Alto Kristalla glass toilet cubicles, utlise the same colour palette. Our glass faced Concerto integrated duct panel system, bespoke Corian trough style vanity units and Tego storage solution complete the design.

This contemporary office washroom and changing area features innovative materials and bespoke accessories combining to create a unique space. Washroom's full height Alto toilet cubicles, faced in Formica F6209 Prestige Walnut Laminate, were finished with bespoke architectural pull handles in stainless-steel plus thumbturn mortice locks in the same finish. The shower and changing areas were fitted with bespoke Alto cubicles, large enough to accommodate both a shower and dry changing area. Each cubicle door was faced in FENIX NTM matt laminate in blue and completed with architectural door handles, thumbturn mortice locks and stealth self-closing pivot hinges.

Behind the façade of the iconic Grade II Listed Old Chelsea Town Hall, sits Chelsea Sports Centre. As part of a refurbishment of the showers and changing room areas, Washroom installed its flush front glass iLockers, back-painted in dark grey, together with Forte changing cubicles, manufactured from grey solid grade laminate (SGL), complete with unique Perspex integral roof to let in light while providing complete privacy for users and matching Forte toilet and shower cubicles. Washroom also manufactured bespoke ‘Black Quartz’ Corian vanity units and make-up shelves and installed its Legato benching to complete the design.

Wood and colours such as sand, truffle, gold and brown dominate the room design. Whilst selecting the products, Manfred Ronstedt of Ronstedt hotel concepts placed strong emphasis on the timeless elegance: "The accessories and fittings from KEUCO harmonise perfectly with the design concept of the hotel rooms – a modern ambience of well-being.“The exclusive bathroom furnishings include generously-sized showers, and some also have a bath tub. Some rooms also offer a separate WC. Ample space for setting things down at the washbasin and carefully selected KEUCO accessories from the Moll collection allow things to be comfortably organised. The straight lines and sensuous curves of the fittings harmonise perfectly with the inviting furnishings. A cosmetic mirror and a large towel holder as well as a noble sponge wire basket and handholds in the wet area underscore the comfort and high-quality touch of each bathroom. This SieMatic S2 kitchen sits in a recently remodelled contemporary home. The large extension gives an abundance of light to the open plan living area whilst the kitchen occupies part of the original structure. Using a mixture of graphite grey high gloss and titan pine laminate cabinets, Glacier White Corian work surfaces help to balance the darker area with the new bright living space. The result is a surprisingly light and airy kitchen set around a large, dominant central island with seating on one side. The use of Miele appliances and a downdraft extractor finishes off this room well.

Michael Laird Architects approached Planet Partitioning to provide high acoustic partitioning screens and doors, across all 4 floors of the scheme, with an extra 5th floor secured upon completion, as a result of the impressive works Planet provided.With audio being the Client’s line of work, the office space not only included meeting rooms, open plan office space and break out areas, but also ‘Jam’ rooms and recording studios. Stringent acoustic attenuation was therefore called for, with PURE100 double glazed partitioning screens and IsoPro doors being used throughout the office and meeting areas, and PURE100 single glazing used in the break out spaces. By using the PURE100 range throughout, the scheme ensured the head and base details remained uniform across all 4 floors.For the Jam rooms and recording studios, Planet recommended specialist PURE200 triple glazed screens, which can achieve staggering acoustics of 64dB Rw, ensuring workers wouldn’t be disturbed while staff ‘rock out’!ech panels were integrated to the partitioning screens surrounding the meeting rooms, as an easy way to book the rooms remotely and to notify staff of when the rooms are booked, and by whom.Planet designed a bespoke ‘zig-zag’ glazed partitioning screen to run along the front of a section of offices. The completed effect was quite striking and greatly received by the client and architect.

12-screen Cineworld multiplex is a state-of-the-art immersive cinema with a 4DX screen that stimulates all five senses with special effects such as wind, water and smell. Siniat worked closely with project architects Chapman Taylor, main contractors Mace and drylining contractor Fireclad to develop a high-performance drylining system for this high-tech facility, providing expert advice throughout the eighteen-month build period.

For the recent redesign of the comfort ward of in Geilenkirchen a tasteful furnishing design was chosen, combining a modern ambience with a familiar atmosphere. The bathrooms equipped for the disabled were furnished with fittings, accessories and cosmetic mirrors from KEUCO and offer patients much convenience along with stylish design.Matching the colour schemes of the adjacent rooms, the spacious bathrooms are decorated in warm tones. At the double washbasin, EDITION 400 wall spout fittings in brilliant chrome present a clear and uncluttered picture. Angel Gardens is one of Manchester’s newest, purpose built, residential developments and is located in the fashionable Northern Quarter of the city.Residents of the development enjoy a ‘clubby’ feel to their living environment with a number of exclusive facilities included within the high-rise building. As well as cinema and gym areas, the roof terrace on the 9th floor boasts not only a barbegue / bar / entertaining / dining area but also a football pitch. Included in the roof-top oasis is an outdoor kitchen, supplied and installed by GEC Anderson. Comprising of stainless steel base cabinets, a continuous stainless steel worktop with integral sink and back upstand, the kitchen is used for functions and generally to cater for requirements of visitors to this level of the building.

Helo was commissioned to provide a new health suite for Netherwood Hotel in Cumbria including Herbal Sauna, Aroma Steam Room, Salt Inhalation, Feature Shower and Ice Feature. The conversion of the old tiled pool to three wellness tubs of varying temperatures completed the project.
