ZIP SRH Roof Hatch with Extended Skirt, Retractable Ladder and Trap Door
Surespan thermally broken roof access hatch, with an extended curb liner to fit in the ceiling void incorporating ZIP retractable ladder.
Thermally Broken single leaf glazed roof hatches are manufactured in aluminium with an optional internal or external polyester powder coated finish.
The gas spring assisted opening lid is supported by heavy-duty stainless steel hinges and fixings.
35.5 mm sealed double glazed unit will comprise Pilkington 6 mm toughened K polished all round outer pane, 20 mm Warm Edge silver spacer Bar argon filled, Pilkington 9.5 mm toughened and laminated inner pane.
