Description
Horizontal strip, adjustable flap aluminium ventilator for windows.
- Enables secure, weather resistant ventilation with exclusion of insects. Equivalent area (maximum): 14,736 mm²/m.
- Aluminium profiles with plastic endcaps. Choice of finish.
- Suitable for insertion into glazing aperture of double glazed windows.
- Choice of models for insertion at top or bottom of glazing aperture with edge of ventilator profiled to secure edge of glazing unit. Also available with ventilator edge profiled for retention by glazing bar.
- Choice of unit to suit glazing unit thickness.
- 26.4 mm projecting outer profile with weathered top surface.
- Flush, slotted inner profile.
- Self regulating, class P3. Incorporates secondary flap which closes as external wind speed rises.
- Suitable for aluminium, PVC-U, wood or composite frames.
- Watertight in closed position to wind pressure 650 Pa.
- Windtight in closed position to wind pressure 650 Pa.
- Thermally broken.
- Choice of manual, cord, rod or electric operation.
- Unit width (maximum): 2.5 m, made to measure.
- Acoustic attenuation (open/ closed): 30/ 45 dB, to EN ISO 140 and EN ISO 717.
