Application

Suitable for use in residential and commercial areas with vinyl, linoleum, carpet, laminate flooring, parquet flooring or tiles.

Description

Self-smoothing thin topping liquid screed suitable for residential and commercial areas as a levelling compound and finished with various floor coverings.

Features and benefits:

Low dust technology reduces the amount of airborne dust released during the mixing process.
Suitable for pump application, allowing extremely high speed of installation.
Excellent flow helps to achieve an extremely smooth finish.
Quick setting allowing access to foot traffic and follow on trades.
Low shrinkage, reducing the risk of cracking.
Light foot traffic is possible after 2-4 hours in normal conditions and the final floor covering can be applied after 1-3 weeks in normal conditions.
High wear resistance suitable for use in high traffic areas.

Constraints:

The product cannot be used on external projects, and is not to be left without a suitable floor covering. Not to be used where some movement is expected (eg. underfloor heating). First level the floor with either weberfloor fibre 4310 or weberfloor fibre rapid 4320.
