With Tiled Frame (TF) panels, specified sizes refer to the actual door leaf size. Sizes should be calculated using the Tiled Door Specification Sheet. Exposed Edge Frame (EEF) sizes refer to the overall frame size.

Frame

Exposed edge.

(EEF): Suitable for use when tiles are being cut to fit within the panel, or when access is required into a wall which has already been tiled. Cut edges of tiles are concealed by the perimeter of the door or frame.

Tiled frame.

(TF): To be installed into walls which haven’t yet been tiled, to give a fully concealed finish. Ideal for use when full tiles are applied to the door face, with the gaps between frame and door lining through with grout lines on the surrounding wall.
