A highly durable and decorative, UV–stable quartz flooring system based on fast–cure MMA (methyl methacrylate) technology.
Application
- vebrospeed Quartz is designed for use on schemes requiring a new or replacement floor finish under a fast return to service.
- The material is installed as a slurry of wet components including a mix of coloured quartz aggregates (0.4—0.8 mm) onto a primed concrete substrate, cementitious levelling screed or ceramic tiles.
- Once the resin material has cured and hardened, the floor is sealed with a fast-cure transparent silk-matt seal coat. Each layer can typically be overcoated after 60 minutes.

vebrospeed Quartz is a highly durable and decorative, UV–stable DKI quartz flooring system based on fast–cure MMA (methyl methacrylate) technology.
vebrospeed Quartz is best suited to use in facilities requiring a decorative new or replacement floor finish, which needs to be installed overnight, in short install windows, or during scheduled periods of downtime to minimise disruption to daily operations.
