Valtti Opaque

For exterior timber - wood, doors and windows, cladding. For new and previously painted timber.
Valtti Opaque is easily applied to produce a semi-matt film that moves with the surface to which it is applied. The product is a highly versatile product for new and previously painted timber.
The paint has been developed for wooden façades to withstand the extreme conditions of Finland. The surface is flexible and adjusts to the surface and seasons. Forms a water-resistant paint finish that allows water vapour to permeate the wood. Suitable for use as maintenance paint.
Features and benefits:
- Volatile organic compound (VOC) levels: Low (50-149 g/L).
- Theoretical cover rate: Sawn wood: 4-8 m²/L. Smooth wood: 8-10 m²/L.
- Touch dry: Normally touch-dry in 1 hour.
- Recoat time: Recoatable after 2 hours.
- Minimum content: Minimum contents are the can size less 10%.
