Description

Decking made from heat treated, recycled American red and white oak fibres and compressed in a hard polymer matrix. The boards utilize digital technology that enables subtle and intricate colour tones. The high performance coating material outperforms traditional wood-plastic composite (WPC) boards with their resistance to fading, staining and scratching.

  • Maximum allowable uniform live load-sleeper mount (to ASTM D7032 and ASTM D6109): 4.79 kN/m².
  • Maximum allowable uniform live load-joist mount (to ASTM D7032 and ASTM D6109): 4.79 kN/m².
  • Modulus of rupture (to ASTM D7032): 17 MN/m².
  • Thermal expansion, 1/ºC (to ASTM D1037): 3.6 x 10(-5).
  • Coefficient of friction (to ASTM D2394): 0.59/ 0.64 (static dry parallel/ perpendicular to grain; 0.92/ 0.84 static wet parallel/ perpendicular to grain.
  • Flame spread (to ASTM E84): Class C or Class III. Within the range of wood species commonly used for joists.
  • Modulus of elasticity (to ASTM D7032): 1850 MN/m² (average value at ambient temperature).
