Application
- For use on walls with a thickness of 86–310 mm (FD30) or 96–310 mm (FD60).
- Suitable for concealing risers and service cupboards.
- Suitable for construction of jib doors.
- Suitable for 30/60 fire-rated doors. Maximum door sizes apply.
Description
Steel section door frame, reveal lining and edge bead for single & double riser doors in gypsum board faced, metal or timber stud internal walls.
Features and benefits:
- Plaster is feathered over perforated face to produce seamless appearance after painting.
- Eliminates need for separate lining board or architrave.
- Suitable for construction of jib doors.
- Suitable for 30/60 fire rated doors. Maximum door sizes apply.
- Rapid, economic installation.
- Durable edges.
- Choice of door sizes available - dependant on fire rating.
- Cold rolled, pre galvanized and annealed steel. Gauge: 0.86 mm. Coating: G90 (approximately equivalent to 90 g/m²).
- Supplied by manufacturer cut to finished length, fitted with head joiner insert at corners, punched for hinges and strike plate.
- Door width (maximum): 1000 mm.
- Door height (maximum): 3000 mm.
- For internal use only.

Where leaf size is specified, tolerances will be added by manufacturer. Actual maximum varies with door weight and number of hinges; consult manufacturer for details.
- FD30 (w x h):
- Single: 1000 x 3000 mm.
- Double (Widest available): 1015 / 1015 x 2030 mm.
- Double (Tallest available): 825 / 825 x 2498mm
- FD60:
- Single, wider variant: Widths of 901–955 mm have a maximum height of 2440 mm.
- Single, taller variant: Widths of 900 mm or less have a maximum height of 2525 mm
- Double, wider variant: Widths of 901–926 mm have a maximum height of 2440 mm.
- Double, taller variant: Widths of 900 mm or less have a maximum height of 2480 mm.
Installation:
- Screw frame through perforated face to edge studs at 200 mm centres (maximum). Double screw at ends and hinge points.
