Application

  • For use with a range of masonry coursing heights at pitched roof/ gable abutments
  • Suitable for traditional masonry cavity construction or timber frame construction.

Description

Preformed damp proof course cavity trays with attached lead flashing.


Features and benefits:

  • Attached, shaped flashing secured in bosem jaw.
  • Attached lead flashings available in short or long lengths to suit roof tiling/ slating details.
  • Lead flashings and trays are flush pointed as masonry is raised eliminating the need to rake out joints for insertion/ fixing of lead flashing.
  • Hinged, variable angle upstand accommodates a wide range of cavity widths.
  • Designed to suit masonry coursed at 100, 125, 150, 175, 200 or 225 mm.
  • Perform flashing: Temperature resistance: -20°C to +70°C.


Range:

  • Catchment trays for building in at the bottom of a slope to catch water and direct it, via weep holes to the outside of a masonry wall.
  • Intermediate trays available in either hand, and built in at each course over the length of an abutment rake.
  • Ridge trays used to straddle a roof ridge abutment.
  • External angles used in place of catchment trays when commencing laying from the corner of a building.
