Preformed DPC barrier to arrest water flow within cavity walls.
Application
Suitable for traditional masonry cavity or timber frame construction.
Particularly suitable for use above features susceptible to mortar accumulation, water pooling and splashing, e.g. over the top of a horizontal cavity fire barrier or full fill cavity insulation.
Description
A rigid, horizontal, preformed profiled damp proof course barrier to control water within cavities to minimize damp transmission risk.
Features and benefits:
- Can be used with cavity tray stop ends and weep vents.
- Preformed internal and external angles available.
- Non-standard masonry leaf leg lengths, cavity upstand dimensions, cavity widths and other profile configurations can be accommodated.
