Standard spans for 64 mm and 96 mm profiles range from 1500 mm to 6000 mm. For 120 mm profiles, spans range from 2000 mm to 6000 mm only.
To achieve structural lap, minimum overlap length should be 15% of the span, i.e. 7.5% at each end. For non-structural laps, minimum overlap should be 100 mm in length.
