Lead weighted sash windows - traditional system for vertical sliding windows. The weight of the opening sash is counterbalanced by lead weights
Lead weighted sash windows are the traditional system for vertical sliding windows. The weight of the opening sash is counterbalanced by lead weights that provide just the right amount of counter balance to support the sash, but not too much so that the window can be smoothly opened.
We only use the highest quality sash cord within our windows. We are able to offer a comprehensive range of vertical sliding window styles including semi-circular heads and bow fronted windows.
