Description

An attractive free standing dome canopy creating an eye-catching focal point to an outdoor area. Its distinctive timber framework adds a modern touch to any environment and is ideal for making use of large areas that are currently under used, especially during wet weather.

The timber structure is available with two roof options; 5 mm solid polycarbonate and 16 mm solid polycarbonate. The canopy is constructed from a Glulam timber frame which is PEFC certified and fire resistant to BS 5268. It has a life expectancy of 15 years.

Standard product features

Framework:

Material: Columns, eaves beams, curves and rafters are GL24h European whitewood glulam with MUF adhesive and 45 mm laminations. Purlins are C24 regularised timber. all timber can be supplied with PEFC certification. All visible fixings are timber to give an attractive fully timber finish.

Finish: Planed, with any planer chatter or roller marks removed. Loose knots and soft sap pockets are filled or plugged with timber.

Weather resistance:

Polycarbonate: Due to the manufacturing process, the multi-wall polycarbonate has effective resistance to critical weather conditions.

Fire performance:

Timber frame fire resistant to BS 5268.
