Plastic, telescopic acoustic cavity liner set for background room ventilation. Compliant with BS 5250.

Features:

• For use in noisy areas to reduce the amount of noise entering the building for a more peaceful environment.

• Telescopic cavity liner contains a system of internal baffles to reduce light and draughts.

• Reduces sound by 39 dB with internal grille fully open and 40 dB when closed.

• Internal hit & miss grille manually adjusted with a sliding action allowing ventilation to be controlled as required.

• External water baffles prevent transfer of water across the cavity.

• Air brick and hit & miss grille UV stabilized to slow down the effects of sunlight.

• BRE verified equivalent area.

As a plastic component this item is not suitable for use within the external walls of high-rise buildings requiring non-combustible materials.
