TA-25 Flat Roofing System

Torch applied, high performance styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) elastomeric membrane warm roof system for flat or sloping roofs.

Components:

• Preparation: Langley Primer.

• Insulation: Parafoam Ultra PIR Insulation (3.84 kg/m²).

• Waterproof covering, first layer: Adepar JS VV (2.7 kg/m²). Attached via self-adhesive strips.

• Waterproof covering, top layer: Elastoflex GS (5.92 kg/m²). Torch-bonded.

• Vapour control layer: Torch-bonded Parevapo SBS (3.8 kg/m²).

Application:

Suitable for use for refurbishment and new build projects (where conditions allow). Suitable for use on all roof decks.

Timber board roofs will require a nailed attachment layer in accordance with BS 8747: 2007 before application.

System accessories include rooflights, flashings, refurbishment outlets, vents, and edge trims (specified separately). Consult manufacturer for further details.
