Non-thermally broken commercial doors.
Profiles are extruded from aluminium alloy (6060 T6, T5 or T4 to BS EN 12020-2/ BS 755-9). All opening leaves perform with either an inward outward or double action opening operation.
Minimum depth of outer frame sections is 45 mm. Doors are fabricated from either the wide or narrow range of door stiles capable of utilizing a double wool pile weathering detail to the full perimeter of the doors. All external doors should generally be fully weathered and are fitted with external drip bars along the bottom rails. Door styles, top and bottom rails are square cut and fixed securely by means of purpose made cleats, stainless steel screw bolts and tie rods. When specified as single action doors, they are fully rebated on their perimeter.
