Description
A coloured decorative epoxy screed flooring.
Features and benefits:

- Dry film thickness (DFT): 3–6 mm.

System components:
- Suitable primer - Three options available. Epoxy MT 100, a moisture and oil tolerant primer, application rate 0.25-0.5kg/m². If a DPM is required then two coats are applied. Epoxy ST 100 is standard primer applied at 0.3-0.5kg/m². Epoxy FAS 100, this is for all surfaces and it used for dense substrates and metal, application rate 0.3-0.5kg/m².
- Mortar screed - EP screed with Epoxy ST 100 binder resin.
- Grouting and seal coat - Epoxy HB color mixed with 2% WHG TX, second coat of Epoxy HB color with optional anti-slip if required.
- PUR seal coat (for additional slip scuff and scratch resistance) - Three options available. PUR Top M Plus is a 100% solids single pack clear silk matt sealer with a small polymer bead achieving a R 10 for slip resistance. This is a premium sealer with excellent chemical resistance and highly scuff and scratch resistant. PUR Aqua TOP 500 2K M is a pack water based PUR sealer. This is a matt finish with a tyre burn test. PUR Aqua TOP 2 K M Plus is a R11 slip resistant PUR clear water based two-pack sealer.
- Anti-slip can be increased by adding an Aluminium oxide to the final seal coat of Epoxy HB color and back rollering whilst wet.
