Application

Spectrum powder-coated aluminium balustrades can be utilized for internal and external applications. The system benefits from a Nylon powder coating which provides enhanced durability and allows Neaco to offer an industry-leading guarantee.

The properties of aluminium provide the most cost-effective solutions whilst optimizing the benefits of the system. In comparison to steel and stainless steel, aluminium has a low core temperature making the material classified as warm to the touch. This product is not suitable for a marine environment, should there be a requirement please get in touch.

Spectrum powder coated can be untiled for schools, offices, leisure centres, balconies and much more. The system can be adapted to almost every application and can even provide a bespoke solution for your scheme.

Description

The aluminium, powder-coated balustrade is available in a wide range of RAL colours including metallic colours. Bespoke RAL colours can be achieved as Neaco have its own inhouse powder coating plant. The powder coating is offered in both polyester and nylon.

The powder coating gives the balustrade a satin-smooth finish which is non-chip, permanent, hard-wearing and abrasion-resistant. Handrails have excellent insulation properties, are warm to the touch and are comfortable to handle.

The modular system offers the versatility to meet virtually any design requirement, no matter how complex. The balustrade is engineered to close tolerances, with quality-formed bends eliminating the need for unsightly mitred joints. Component parts are mechanically secured with concealed fixings, requiring no welding and ensuring rapid assembly on site (all fixings are supplied). The balustrade can also be combined with Neaco's Spectrum Stainless Steel Balustrade to achieve the Duplex system.
