soundEX™ Noise Control Louvres
Acoustic louvre screening with full ventilation capability or acoustic screening panels to control noise passage to surrounding areas of mechanical plant/chiller units.

Acoustic louvres with full ventilation and acoustic screening with full sound ventilation absorption capabilities to any building elevation where noise control required to air intake/discharge positions is required and surrounding noise pollution from external chiller plant needs to be controlled and managed.
Allows airflow to and from a building whilst reducing noise transmission to surrounding areas, and in turn reducing the potential for noise disturbance from the general public, pedestrians and occupiers of surrounding commercial or domestic buildings and properties.

| Product Options | Acoustic louvres/ Acoustic cladding panels: - Size: Width: Available in modules of 800, 1000 and 1200 mm; larger widths are achieved by bolting together multiple banks of louvre or acoustic cladding modules. Height: Available as a single modules of up to 3000 mm; larger heights are achieved by bolting together multiple banks of louvre modules. - Material/ Finish: As standard, the louvre channel section casement sides and top/ bottom surfaces along with the front face of the louvre blades are fabricated from pre-galvanized mild steel metal sheets. The underside of the louvre blades are fabricated from similar pre-galvanized perforated sheet. The void inside the louvre blades is filled with acoustic media and may also be supplied Melinex® lined (packed under 5% compression to eliminate voids due to settling) - consult manufacturer for details. Accessories: Birdguards and insect screens can be fitted to the back rear facing of the acoustic louvre module, normally fixed using rivets/ washers to louvre blades. |
