Description

Lightweight, high coverage and flexible cementitious adhesive with a creamy consistency. Suitable for the installation of ceramic wall and floor coverings and discolouration-resistant natural stone tiles. For application using a trowel.

Features and benefits:

  • Highly polymer modified.
  • High sag resistance due to fibre reinforcement.
  • Suitable for filling uneven wall and floor surfaces.
  • Universal application, with thin-bed, floating-bed and medium-bed laying possible.
  • High coverage due to lightweight aggregate.
  • Suitable for filling and levelling smaller areas with a maximum of 20 mm coat thickness (for dry lining/ dry construction, with a maximum of 5 mm coat thickness).
  • For both indoor and outdoor use.

Applications:

Suitable substrates:

  • Concrete and lightweight concrete.
  • Cement screeds.
  • Calcium sulphate (anhydrite and self-levelling anhydrite) screeds.
  • Mastic asphalt screeds (indoors).
  • Board subfloors.
  • Heated wall and floor constructions (cement and calcium sulphate screeds).
  • Strong existing ceramic, natural stone, terrazzo or cast stone coverings.
  • Paperless gypsum panels.
  • Gypsum plasterboard and gypsum fibreboard.
  • Flush-jointed masonry (no composite masonry).
  • Renders made from masonry cement.
  • Cement render or lime/ cement render.
  • Rigid foam board.

For use with other Sopro sealing compounds, slurries and primers. Consult manufacturer for information.

  • Deformability: ≥ 2.5 mm.
  • Walkable/ groutable: After approximately 12 hours or after the setting of adhesive.
  • Application temperature: 5–30°C.
  • Coverage: Approx. 1.0 kg/m² per mm coat thickness.
  • Reaction to Fire: Class A1-fl.
  • Bond strength as: Initial tensile adhesion strength: ≥ 1.0 N/mm².
  • Durability for: Tensile adhesion strength after water immersion: ≥ 1.0 N/mm²; Tensile adhesion strength after heat ageing: ≥ 1.0 N/mm²; Tensile adhesion strength after freeze-thaw cycles: ≥ 1.0 N/mm².
